1. Click "Home" in the main menu
2. Click into the calendar dropdown to adjust the date range
3. Select a predefined range, or choose custom date(s) and times
4. Click "Apply"
5. The Agent errors section will display issues that your agents have encountered and likely require additional guidance on in their prompt
6. Click on an issue to see the run(s) it occurred in
7. Click on a status to see runs currently in that state
Status Types

βQueued: The run is slated to begin momentarily
Running: The run is currently in progress
Complete: The run is finished and there were no errors
Incomplete: The run has ended with some issues
Terminated: The run was ended manually
Needs attention: The run requires human intervention to continue
8. Filters can also be applied by clicking the plus icon
9. To clear all filters, click "Clear"
10. Scroll down the page to view the detailed log of runs

Each row contains the name of the automation, the name of the agent that the run started with (the coloured "chip"), the time it started at, and its status
11. The search field allows you to filter for runs based on the inputs the starting agent received
12. For example, a search for "Zach Piepmeyer" returns a run wherein the [[Availity Eligibility Orchestrator]] agent was provided this patient name as in input
13. Click on any row to view the details of the run, including a trace of all agent actions
