Running automatically
Tip: In order to run automatically, your automation must...
Contain a schedule or webhook
Be published
1. Navigate to the automation you'd like to run
2. Find the agent that should kick off the automation, then click on the settings icon
3. Toggle the schedule on
4. Choose your frequency
5. Customize the days and times
6. Optional: Click "Add schedule" to stack schedules (e.g. you'd like your automation to run on Wednesdays and Thursdays)
7. Click "Save"
8. Click "Publish"
9. Review your schedule to ensure it's accurate, then click "Publish"
Running via webhook
Important: This feature is still under construction. Please reach out to your Deployment Strategist for assistance with webhooks.
Running manually
1. Navigate to the automation you'd like to run
2. If you've been editing your automation, click "Save" to capture your latest changes
3. Click "Publish"
4. Click "Publish"
5. Click [[β]] next to the "Publish" button, then click "Run published"
6. Select the agent you would like the run to begin with, then provide values for its required inputs (if applicable)
7. Once all input values are filled...
8. Click "Run"
9. You'll see a confirmation in the bottom right corner of the screen when the run has started
